Mr. Burke's awards and accolades are many. Verdict Search, a part of the New York Law Journal, frequently recognizes his notable successes after winning some of the highest settlements and verdicts in past years. In June 2023, Ron Burke secured a $7,500,000 settlement after a jury verdict holding the driver of an SUV 95% liable for striking a pedestrian in the crosswalk fracturing his skull and causing permanent brain injuries. This case settled after openings in the damages phase of the trial. In 2022 Ron Burke secured two $5,000,000 jury verdicts: one in Nassau County on behalf of a construction worker who fell off a ladder and suffered a pilon fracture of his ankle; the second in Kings County in a medical/dental malpractice case involving the spread of an infection from the maxillary sinus to the frontal sinus and then to the brain - necessitating a craniotomy. Also in 2022, he obtained a settlement of $2,500,000 just prior to jury selection, for a child struck by a bus.

Ron Burke is member of the New York State Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
