After depositions and prior to trial in Federal Court action, we obtained a large recovery from a New York attorney in a Federal Court action who had unsuccessfully represented a Pennsylvania corporation in a commercial litigation. It was claimed that the attorney failed to convey and/ or recommend an offer of settlement and that the case was ultimately lost.
